Welcome! This is an example of our client portal. We use this tool to manage our web projects. Here you'll be able to find everything you need during our project from all your files, to where we are in the process and how to contact us. You'll have full access to this area throughout the whole project and for 3 months after completion. All of your files will live in your link to project folder.

If you have any small questions or comments throughout the project, you can email us. For any larger issues, it's best to wait until our next status call so we can go through it properly. Our call is scheduled for every day & time goes here.

Phase 1 Discovery

We Listen We'll ask a lot of questions and get to learn about your business, your target audience, and your desired outcome. We'll brainstorm, exchange ideas and explore various directions.

Phase 2 Design

We plan Once we've nailed down your goals, we'll come up with a strategy and begin to design. This includes all the aspects of the user experience and is probably the longest step in the project.

Phase 3 Development

We code This is the part of the project where you'll start to see your site come to life. We'll add your branding and content. This phase includes testing and optimizing.

Phase 4 Launch

We present We transfer your new website to a live environment for the whole world to see - woohoo!! We give you some time to celebrate and then we'll schedule a time to train you up.

Phase 5 Maintenance

We grow Think of your website as a garden, it's going to need attention so that it doesn't die. Things like updates, security, marketing, etc.
