What happens when your online store outgrows the platform it's on?

Bitsy Blush is a small custom merchandise company that started out on Etsy and experienced tremendous growth in a short period of time. After only two years, the owner realized that Etsy wasn't able to meet the vision she had for expansion.

We met for a discovery session and it was clear that Bitsy Blush had grander plans! She was going to need to take full charge of her website in order to build out content. The plan was to add a blog where she could provide insight into her business and creation processes. Bitsy Blush also has an active Instagram following which was going to need to be integrated. And since she was boosting the number of products that she planned to sell, she needed to not be charged for posting each item online.
