Websites these days can be made up of many parts and each of those parts will require updates to ensure the best experience for your customers. Also, with regular analysis of your traffic, there should be changes in you site’s content to remain fresh and relevant.
In the event that you more time, we will submit a separate quote for approval. This time will be charged at our support rate of $75 per hour.
Yes, our plans are for sites we build or redesign but we welcome new clients looking to build a business relationship with dedicated support.
We would first need to do a thorough site evaluation to make us aware of any potential issues. We call this evaluation a Site Audit, think of it as a home inspection before buying a house. The Site Audit is $250 and will provide a thorough analysis of your website.
After Purchase
When your site goes live we will provide you with an email and PDF containing the URL and usernames you need to access your website.
Your website dashboard will also contain a link to video training that is always accessible and covers a variety of topics, including how to use your page builder.
We would love to promise that our sites won’t be hacked or have any issues but that’s not realistic.
The goal with the plans is preventative care but we know stuff happens. In those cases we will correct the issue as quickly as we can. We do maintain backups of all our sites and we are experienced at quickly restoring sites.
Email is our preferred method but we know that sometimes you need to just bounce ideas off someone and that’s best done on the phone or with a video call, that’s what consulting calls are for.
Consulting calls are reserved for our "advanced" clients. They help us set a path for growth and improvements to your website. Let’s make the most of the consulting calls!
